We are seeking an experienced and organised Full time Property Manager to join our growing property management team in Brisbane. You will manage a residential property portfolio and provide skilled day-to-day property management services.

Key responsibilities

Manage a residential property portfolio and provide qualified day-to-day property management services

Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner

Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit inspections, and prepare detailed inspection reports

Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, tenancy agreements and tenancy variations

Monitor rent payments, follow up arrears and issue relevant notices where required

Coordinate routine and urgent maintenance, obtain quotations and follow up contractors

Manage tenant enquiries, maintenance requests, complaints and general tenancy matters

Process water usage charges, invoices, bond matters and other tenancy-related accounts

Prepare and issue RTA forms and ensure tenancy documentation is completed accurately

Assist with breach management, dispute resolution and QCAT matters where required

About you





Previous experience in residential property management is highly desirable

Strong understanding of Queensland property management and RTA requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Confident handling difficult conversations and resolving tenancy issues professionally

High attention to detail and strong documentation skills

Able to work independently while also contributing to a team environment

Comfortable using property management software and digital systems

Current Queensland real estate registration/certificate as required

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
