We are currently looking for a Estimator with a talent in crunching numbers, negotiating contract pricing, completing accurate takeoffs.

Responsibilities:

Complete Accurate Construction Takeoffs

Analyse Architectural & Engineering Documentation

Managing and Negotiating Quote Submissions

Developing Strong Connections with Supplier and Contractor Base

Your Qualities:

Experience in a Similar Role Required

Willingness to Learn and Grow with the Company





Strong People Skills

Passionate About Estimating and Construction

Valuable Verbal and Written Communication Skills with the Ability to Negotiate

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Current Drivers License

Australian Citizen or Valid Right to Work
