Access Telehealth is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver advanced aged care clinical services across Launceston and surrounding areas. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, make diagnoses, prescribe within scope, and develop care plans for residents in collaboration with on-site nurses, GPs, telehealth geriatricians and physicians.
This role offers adaptable weekday scheduling for one regular day per week, with dedicated operational support to enable focus on high-quality clinical care
