Speech Language Pathologist | Paediatrics Full Time and Part Time available

Therapies for Kids is seeking a motivated and experienced Paediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our transdisciplinary team in Lilyfield, NSW. Join our team of speech pathologists, occupational therapists and physiotherapists, where you will play a pivotal role, delivering high-quality services to children and their families.

Key responsibilities

- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify children's needs
- Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans to address speech, language, and communication difficulties
- Providing therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique needs and goals
- Collaborating with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to the child's care
- Maintaining detailed clinical records and providing progress updates to families and referring professionals
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the ongoing development of the speech therapy program

About you

- A degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Minimum of one year experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist, preferably in a paediatric setting
- Solid clinical skills in the assessment and treatment of speech, language,



and communication disorders in children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and their families
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Full registration with Speech Pathology Australia is required
- Full Australian working rights required
- Ongoing professional development opportunities, including regular Supervisions, in-house training (workshops, etc.) as well as supporting external courses
