Good Beer Company is seeking Licensees, AVMs & Duty Managers for our upmarket pubs in the CBD and surrounds. You’ll lead by example, manage shifts, and ensure service excellence across busy venues. Ideal candidates have NSW liquor and gaming compliance knowledge, hands-on POS experience (Bepoz), and solid financial/operational acumen.
Full availability for weekends and evenings is required. You’ll train and mentor teams, build community rapport, and contribute to a culture of professionalism,
