Hugo Personnel Pty is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join a not-for-profit team delivering disability, aged care and retirement living services. The role supports fortnightly payroll for over 3,000 staff, reporting to the General Manager of Payroll alongside three colleagues, in a hybrid in-office/at-home setup.

The role requires processing accuracy, solid knowledge of awards and EBAs, and excellent stakeholder communication.
