Tech2You Autocare is a Perth-based mobile mechanic and workshop business servicing tradies, fleets and busy families across the metro area. We’re growing rapid off the back of strong demand and smart marketing, and now need a driven sales professional to own our inbound leads and build the sales function.

The opportunity

Start as our key Sales Representative handling inbound enquiries. Over 12–24 months, your job is to:

Master the sales role (speed-to-lead, conversion, rebooking)

Build and tighten the systems (scripts, CRM, reporting)

Grow into Sales Manager as we add more reps around you

Progression is based on performance and documented systems you build, not politics.

What you’ll be doing

Respond quick to inbound leads from Google, Meta and phone calls

Qualify customers, explain our services and book jobs into ServiceM8

Follow and improve call scripts, quote frameworks and follow-up sequences

Hit and track daily/weekly KPIs: calls, contacts, bookings, conversion, revenue

Keep the CRM and job notes clean, accurate and up to date

Spot bottlenecks in the lead-to-booking process and propose fixes

Work directly with the owner to design better workflows, dashboards and reports

Over time, help train new reps on the process you’ve built





What success looks like

3 months: You’re confidently handling inbound calls, hitting core KPIs and following the process without hand-holding.

6–12 months: You’re improving scripts, building simple playbooks, and your numbers are consistently top tier.

12–24 months: You’re ready to step into Sales Manager, coaching others and owning the sales systems and results.

About you

You’re ambitious and want to be running a team, not just taking calls, in the next 1–2 years.

2+ years in phone-based sales, service advisor, or customer service with targets (automotive or trades is a bonus, not a must).

You like structure: scripts, checklists, dashboards and KPIs make you better, not bored.

You’ve improved a process before (a script, a template, a workflow) and can explain how it moved the numbers.

Comfortable talking to tradies, fleet managers and everyday car owners.

Tech-friendly: happy learning tools like ServiceM8, CRMs, and call systems.

You take ownership of results and don’t need to be chased.
