IFYS is hiring Residential Youth Workers to provide day-to-day care for young people in Residential Care houses within the Moreton Bay region. You will support youths to manage behaviours, plan activities, and complete case notes, with paid training and wellbeing advantages.
The role involves shift work across day/evening/sleepover and requires a QLD Working with Children Blue Card and a current driver’s license. IFYS offers onboarding, buddy shifts, and a supportive, inclusive workplace.
