WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Ensure a smooth freight process within a dynamic team.
- Liaise with International Agents, Carriers and Vendors
- Work with internal departments to streamline operations
- Track and Trace Import files, ensuring accurate and UpToDate files.
- Effective communication with overseas offices and agents.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3-5 years' local experience within Import Operations
- Experienced with FCL, LCL, Air and FAK's ideally
- Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, scheduling deliveries etc
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Providing Strong Customer Service with a Positive attitude
- Clear concise written and oral communication skills
- Experience working with CargowiseEDI ESSENTIAL
- Proven reliable career history
