About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Preparing, letting and administering subcontract agreements

- Managing subcontractor claims, variations and progress payments

- Assessing and processing supplier invoices

- Assisting with project budgeting, cost forecasting and reporting

- Tracking project variations and contract compliance

- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers

- Supporting project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

- Maintaining accurate project records and documentation

About You





To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator within the construction industry

- Strong understanding of construction contracts and subcontract administration

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software including Cheops and Hammertech

- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field (preferred)

- Full and unrestricted working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available )
