About the Role:

This is a fast-paced, laboratory-based coordination role responsible for managing stability samples across the full testing lifecycle. You will coordinate testing, review analytical results, identify trends and ensure stability reports are completed accurately and on time.

You would need tobe highly organised, scientifically minded and confident managing large volumes of samples, data and competing deadlines.

Duties:

- Coordinate approximately 100–120 stability samples each month
- Schedule testing and track samples through the laboratory
- Review analytical data against specifications and historical trends
- Support out-of-trend and out-of-specification investigations
- Prepare stability protocols, reports and customer quotations




- Manage customer reporting, queries and invoicing requirements

Experience:

- Tertiary qualification in Science, Chemistry or a related discipline
- 3+ years experience within a pharmaceutical or analytical laboratory
- Strong ability to interpret analytical results and stability trends
- Knowledge of TGA stability requirements and GMP documentation
- Exceptional organisation, prioritisation and time-management skills
- Confident working independently in a high-volume, deadline-driven role
