Anytime Fitness seeks a General Manager to lead daily club operations in Victoria, Australia. You will drive recent leads, engage with leads and members, and ensure exceptional service while coordinating personal trainer referrals to grow member impact.

You will maintain a safe, clean club environment, meet performance targets, and contribute to ongoing improvements with a hands-on leadership style. Training is provided for key gym management duties.
