About the role

Eastern Health is seeking passionate and motivated Grade 2 and 3 Speech Pathologists to join our Allied Health teams across acute, subacute and ambulatory services . In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred assessment and therapy services, collaborating closely with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to establish goals and optimise outcomes. As a Grade 2 or 3 clinician, you will also play a key role in supervising and mentoring junior staff and students ,



contributing to a culture of learning and professional excellence. The position offers scope to participate in research, teaching, and quality improvement initiatives , while representing the Speech Pathology discipline within the broader health network. To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Eligibility for practisingmembership with Speech Pathology Australia
- An established track record of highly developed interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to highquality care
- Ability to set relevant rehabilitation short term goals with your clients
- The ability to work effectivelyas partof a diverse team
