Solo Energy Corporation is seeking an experienced Fuel Scheduler to coordinate fuel deliveries to our service stations and wholesale customers across Australia. This role involves scheduling tankers from fuel terminals, working closely with transport providers and keeping deliveries on track when plans change. We're looking for someone who understands fuel logistics, communicates clearly and can make sound decisions under pressure.

Key responsibilities

- Plan daily and forward fuel deliveries across the Solo network
- Allocate loads to transport providers and coordinate terminal collections
- Monitor site stock levels, orders and delivery schedules to help prevent run-outs
- Work with drivers, terminals, suppliers and site teams to resolve delays or changes
- Adjust schedules when demand, supply or terminal availability changes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and keep internal systems up to date




- Identify opportunities to improve tanker utilisation and delivery efficiency
- Follow fuel transport safety procedures, fatigue management and Chain of Responsibility requirements

About you

- Experience scheduling fuel tankers or managing transport operations in a similarly time-sensitive workplace
- Organised and comfortable working with multiple priorities
- Able to communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers and operational teams
- Experience with fuel terminals, petroleum products and service station deliveries will be highly regarded
