Qualifications

Strong customer service (retail) and communication skills to support patients and collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams.

Experience with basic financial reporting, and operational administration within a healthcare or clinic setting.

Understanding of medicine or allied health environments, ideally with exposure to audiology or hearing care services.

Ability to guide, and support staff, including onboarding new team members and reinforcing clinic processes.

Proven organizational and time management skills,



with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency with practice management software, scheduling systems, and standard office applications.

Previous retail OR customer service experience is preferred
