HOPE Support Services seeks a dedicated Case Manager to lead a team of Youth Workers supporting Young People in residential placements and in the community. You will oversee daily operations, provide staff supervision and development, and ensure trauma-informed therapeutic care within secure, hygienic environments.

Successful applicants must hold a Certificate IV or higher in Youth Work or related Community Services field, plus a Management Qualification and current Blue Card/Working with Children
