Being a Store Manager with AG Warehouse: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team in Cohuna. You’ll lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer service in our agricultural merchandise store, both in-store and through on-farm engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead a diverse team of staff, including an Agronomist, Delivery Driver and Retail Sales Assistants
- Oversee store operations and the fertiliser depot
- Manage store profit and loss, budgeting, and forecasting
- Coordinate deliveries, supplier relationships, and store presentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with local farmers
- Support seasonal needs and product knowledge across seed, fertiliser, and rural merchandise
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in rural retail store management
- Experience in the agribusiness sector and knowledge of Seeds
- Fertiliser knowledge is highly desirable
- Solid financial, sales, and operational acumen
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, relationship-building,
and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using retail systems and Microsoft Office
