What you will deliver
Administer graduate researcher enrolments, inductions and candidature variations within policy frameworks and agreed service standards. Provide accurate advice on University and Faculty policies to graduate researchers, supervisors and professional staff. Plan and support induction, enrichment and professional development events for graduate researchers. Contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing processes, implementing enhancements and sharing good practice across the team. Prepare reports and communications, including newsletter content, to support compliance, planning and engagement.

Demonstrate skill interpreting policy and advising diverse stakeholders on procedures and requirements. Manage high-volume workloads with accuracy, meeting deadlines in busy, deadline-driven environments. Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, tailoring messages for students, academics and senior staff. Value inclusive, student‑centred service and enjoy working collaboratively within cross‑functional teams. Use databases, spreadsheets and reporting tools confidently, with capacity to learn new systems quickly. Hold an undergraduate qualification or bring equivalent administrative experience in complex organisations.
