Charterhouse is seeking a IT Support Technician for an 8-week contract in North Sydney. The role involves receiving, managing and triaging IT service requests, providing technical support and training to staff, students and visitors, and supporting IT hardware, software and AV services.

The ideal candidate has IT/CS qualifications, robust customer service skills, and experience with Windows 365, Apple, and AV technologies. WHV welcome, immediate start option available.
