Themeda Ecology is seeking an experienced Bush Crew Team Leader to manage day-to-day delivery of a major environmental contract across Hume and Greater Melbourne. This hands-on role requires ecological insight, leadership of field crews and ensuring safety and high standards.
You will mentor staff, coordinate resources, monitor outcomes, and build solid relationships with council officers and stakeholders. A valid manual driver's licence, ACUP and First Aid are essential.
