Central Coast Local Health District seeks an Aboriginal Care Navigator to support Aboriginal children and families in navigating health and community services with culturally secure, family-centred care. The role offers a pathway to strengthen engagement, access, and outcomes across diverse settings.

Holds or is working towards a Certificate III in Aboriginal Primary Health Care, a valid driver licence, and mandatory checks (WWCC, National Criminal Record Check).
