Job title: HR Truck Driver (Front & Hook Lift) – Mon–Fri 5am–1pm, $43.39/hr, Rockhampton. Safety-focused, reliable, and hands-on role.

Synergie is seeking an HR Truck Driver (Front & Hook Lift) for a leading waste and recycling services organisation located in Rockhampton.

The important parts:

- Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00am to 1:00pm, with overtime available
- Pay Rate: $43.39 per hour (ordinary time)
- Tenure: Temp to Permanent Opportunity
- Location: Rockhampton

What you will be required to do:

- Operate HR collection vehicles including Front Lift and Hook Lift systems
- Complete daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on vehicles and equipment
- Deliver loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities
- Manage safe loading/unloading procedures and interact professionally with clients




- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, compliant work workplace

To be successful in this role you will:

- Hold an Unrestricted HR Licence (AUS) or Class 4 (NZ) as a minimum
- Have a clean driving record and experience operating heavy vehicles
- Be confident multi-tasking and manually operating truck controls
- Be willing to work some rostered weekend shifts when required
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Have reliable transport to get to work on time
- Demonstrate a strong safety mindset and commitment to Zero Harm

Required PPE: Long sleeve shirt, long drill pants, high-vis, and steel-capped boots.
