About the Role

To support our continued growth, we are seeking a full time Business Improvement Coordinator to join our team in Bendigo.

Reporting to the Business Improvement Lead, this role will work across all areas of the business, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, quality systems, process documentation and operational excellence projects that help drive efficiency, consistency and sustainable growth.

Working closely with production, engineering, procurement, warehouse and administration teams, you will assist with business improvement projects, process mapping, document control, quality management activities and reporting. Key Responsibilities





- Assist with planning and implementing business improvement initiatives.
- Support process mapping, workflow analysis and documentation activities.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, action registers and project updates.
- Monitor improvement actions and follow up with stakeholders regarding progress.
- Maintain and update ISO 9001 quality management documentation.
- Support document control and version management activities.
- Assist with internal audits, audit schedules and compliance activities.
- Help departments maintain compliance with documented procedures.
- Develop, review and maintain business procedures, forms and work instructions.
- Ensure documentation remains accurate, current and user-friendly.
- Support departments with the implementation of documented processes.
- Maintain improvement registers, project trackers and KPI reports.
- Assist in developing and maintaining performance dashboards and reporting systems.
- Support training initiatives associated with new processes and procedures.
- Assist with the preparation of training materials and communication resources.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Support broader business improvement projects as required.

- Experience maintaining procedures, work instructions or business documentation (highly regarded).
- Exposure to ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (highly regarded).
- Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (highly regarded).
- Experience within a manufacturing environment (highly regarded).
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Business, Quality, Project Management or a related discipline (highly regarded).
