We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to support the efficient day-to-day operations of Omnicare through effective coordination, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the efficient day-to-day operations of Omnicare. Working across multiple service streams, this role is responsible for coordinating operational processes, facilities, assets, contractor compliance and administrative functions to ensure the organisation operates effectively and efficiently.
The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, supporting business improvement initiatives and driving operational efficiency. The role also supports the implementation of Omnicare's Asset Management Policy and Asset Strategy, helping to maximise the utilisation, value and effectiveness of organisational assets and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities to support effective service delivery across the organisation.
- Support business improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and processes.
- Coordinate facilities management activities, building maintenance and workplace requirements.
- Manage contractor onboarding, compliance and associated provider records in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation of Omnicare's Asset Strategy and Asset Management Policy.
- Monitor asset utilisation and maintain accurate asset registers and records.
- Coordinate fleet vehicle administration, maintenance and compliance requirements.
- Assist with operational projects and organisational initiatives as directed.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, service streams and external providers to resolve operational issues and support service outcomes.
- Maintain operational documentation, records, systems and reporting requirements.
- Support workplace health and safety, security and risk management activities as required.
- Assist with the development, implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures.
About You
You are a highly organised and solutions-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys improving systems, processes and operational outcomes.
What You Will Bring
- Experience in operations, administration, facilities, project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance and accurate record keeping.
- Ability to analyse issues, coordinate solutions and follow tasks through to completion.
- Experience using a range of business systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive, skilled and collaborative approach to work.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: SCHADS Level 3.1 ($80,008 per annum) + superannuation. Increase your take-home pay through not-for-profit salary packaging benefits.
