Clinical Nurse (Refugee Health Nurse) with the Adult Community Health Service in Cairns is being recruited by Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service. The role supports refugee health in the Cairns region through multidisciplinary, person-centred community care and coordination across a range of programs and services.

The position focuses on refugee health assessments, care planning and collaboration with interpreters and partners to promote equitable care outcomes within the community.
