We continue to grow year on year. As a result, we are looking to bring on board an additional qualified Sports Turf Manager / Greenkeeper to contribute to the turf care requirements of our valued clients in the ACT.

About the Role

As a qualified Greenkeeping Team Leader , you will play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality sports turf management across premium sports facilities throughout the ACT.

You will bring strong technical turf knowledge, attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining playing surfaces to an exceptional standard.



Working both independently and as part of a team, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day turf maintenance, presentation and playing-surface preparation across some of the region's leading sporting venues.

Essential experience and qualifications

- 3 years'+ Sport Turf Management / Greenkeeping experience
- Qualification(s) in Greenkeeping / Sport Turf Management
- Proven experience working independently across premium sites
- Proven team leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- A professional and positive approach with clients
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Full Driver's License (manual)
- OHS White Card
- Willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check, Police Check and a Medical Assessment before starting

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

- Advise on and perform high-quality sports turf / greens maintenance services, including spraying and rejuvenation.
- Supervise and support a small team of staff when required
- Complete daily site reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Uphold Greenworx standards for safety, presentation and client service
- Communicate professionally with clients and site contacts
- Ensure all garden waste is removed and transferred to authorised waste stations
- Maintain equipment and vehicles to company standards
