The Opportunity

Join an established national contractor delivering fitout, refurbishment and new build projects up to $30M+.

Working closely with Estimating, Project Managers, Sales and Directors, you’ll coordinate bids and submissions across the business.

The Role

- Coordinate bids from start to finish
- Prepare tenders, EOIs, capability statements and presentations
- Coordinate input from internal teams, consultants and suppliers
- Manage bid registers, deadlines and submissions
- Ensure documents meet brand and quality standards

About You

- 2-5+ years' bid / tender coordination experience
- Construction, fitout, property, architecture or skilled services background
- Strong writing and attention to detail
- InDesign or similar experience
- Organised and able to manage multiple deadlines
