As a Team Leader at Drouin Hire, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them find the right equipment while ensuring every hire runs smoothly from enquiry through to equipment return. You'll coordinate bookings, transport, cross hires and equipment availability while working closely with our yard team and management to deliver outstanding service every day.

Key responsibilities

- Assist customers with equipment enquiries, availability, pricing and hire solutions.
- Manage bookings via phone, email and in person using our hire management software.
- Coordinate equipment availability across our fleet.
- Organise cross hires with trusted supplier partners when required.
- Schedule deliveries and collections using company and external transport providers.
- Finalise hire contracts, process payments and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate daily equipment preparation with the yard team.
- Assist customers collecting and returning equipment.
- Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and compliance requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the General Manager and other Team Leaders to ensure smooth branch operations.

- Organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks.




- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using computers and learning new software.
- Takes ownership and enjoys solving problems.
- Works well as part of a team while also being able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.
- Previous experience in equipment hire, construction management, transport or a similar customer service environment will be highly regarded but isn't essential.
