HENRRASON PTY LTD t/a Nest Labour provides robust recruitment and human resource services focusing on Primary Industries. With our extensive network and industry expertise, we connect the right people with the right roles, fostering long-term relationships and driving success for both individuals and organisations. Due to the growth of our business, we seek 2 x recruitment consultants to meet our business demand.

This is a full-time position based in Melbourne, Victoria with salary offer of $80,000 - $90,000 plus statutory superannuation. Main duties and responsibilities involve the following:

- Building and maintaining relationships with client organisations (employers) to understand their hiring needs, culture, and business objectives.
- Advising clients on recruitment strategies, market trends, and best practices.
- Attracting candidates through a range of media such as job advertisements, as well as by networking, headhunting, and through referrals.
- Screening candidates' CVs and job applications, conducting interviews (both in-person and virtual), and assessing candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Presenting shortlisted candidates to clients, managing candidate feedback, and facilitating interview processes.
- Negotiating salary and benefit packages on behalf of clients and candidates.




- Managing offer processes and ensuring smooth transitions for successful candidates.
- Keeping accurate records of candidates' information, ensuring compliance with data protection legislation.
- Handling paperwork and administrative tasks related to recruitment.
- Keeping up to date with market trends, including salary levels and legal requirements.
- Proactively identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities with potential clients.
- Meeting recruitment targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the organization.
- Reporting on recruitment activities and outcomes to management.
- Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
- Operating within legal frameworks and ethical guidelines relevant to recruitment and employment practices.

Skills requirements for this position:

- Bachelor’s Degree or other relevant qualification or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, resilience, and a deep understanding of primary industry sector.
- Must be adept at multitasking, prioritising tasks, and working under pressure to meet deadlines
