Our hotel never sleeps, and neither does great guest experience. We’re looking for a Full-Time Assistant Night Manager to support the hotel's smooth overnight operations, lead the night team, and be the go‑to person when it matters most.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting and supervising the Night Audit and Front Office overnight operations
- Completing Night Audit
- Taking ownership of the overnight operation and acting as the senior point of contact when required
- Handling guest concerns and incidents with professionalism and care
- Ensuring accurate completion of night audit procedures, reports, and financial reconciliation
- Maintaining hotel security and safety standards throughout the night
- Maintaining explicit and proactive communication with the wider Front Office team, ensuring issues are followed through and handovers are accurate and complete.
- Supporting and developing overnight team members, leading by example and creating a collaborative night environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in Front Office or Night Audit
- Strong problem‑solving skills and confidence working independently
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- A natural sense of responsibility and leadership
- Ability to work overnight shifts on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Working rights in Australia
