Global Unity JOIN OUR BAKING TEAM Are you aqualified and experienced Bakerlooking for your next opportunity in Victoria We are seeking passionate, reliable and skilled bakers to join our growing team.

What we’re looking for:

- Checking the cleanliness of equipment and operation of premises before production runs to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Checking the quality of raw materials and weighing ingredients
- Kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough and pastry goods
- Preparing pastry fillings
- Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times
- Coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of bread, rolls and pastry products
- Glazing buns and pastries, and decorating cakes with cream and icing
- Operating machines which roll and mould dough and cut biscuits
- Emptying,



cleaning and greasing baking trays, tins and other cooking equipment
- Reliable, hardworking and team-oriented attitude
- Related baking qualification will be advantaged

Further to this, the successful candidate must be adaptable and able to work a rotating roster. You will be a reliable and self-motivated team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and excellent time management and organisational skills. Pay: AU$80,000.00 – AU$85,000.00 per year

To be successful in this position, formal baking qualifications are required and baking experience with commercial baking company in advantage.
