The community brings together premium rental residences, resort-style amenities, and resident-focused services to create an elevated living experience. With a strong focus on resident experience, community engagement, and operational excellence, 899 Collins is set to establish a new benchmark for waterfront rental living.

About the role:

As our Resident Experience Manager, you will be at the heart of the community, delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and connected environment where residents at 899 Collins experience an exceptional living experience. You'll design and deliver engaging experiences that bring people together through curated events, meaningful everyday interactions, and a thriving digital community platform

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating exceptional resident experiences through engaging community programs, events, and resident-focused initiatives.
- Overseeing property management operations, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and effective resident administration
- Driving resident satisfaction, retention, and revenue opportunities through innovative services and community engagement.




- Fostering strong stakeholder relationships and deliver customer experiences that enhance the property's reputation.
- Supporting business outcomes through accurate reporting, compliance management, and operational leadership

Skills & Experience Required:

We are on the lookout for an individual who is deeply motivated by creating spaces where peoplefeel connected, welcomed, and genuinely at home. You bring creativity, care, and strongorganisation to building memorable experiences, fostering belonging, and bringing communities to life.

You will also have:

- Completed Cert IV in Real Estate/Agent's Representative Certificate (VIC)
- Proven experience in property, built-to-rent, hospitality, or a customer-focused workplace
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia & National Police Check
