Columbia Aged Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. You will administer medications, monitor conditions, and maintain accurate care plans while leading a multidisciplinary team with empathy and professionalism.

Applicants must hold AHPRA registration, have Australian work rights, and at least 2 years in aged care. You will participate in family meetings and ongoing development to uphold care quality and resident dignity.
