If you are looking for the next challenge, this is the perfect role for you! We are seeking a Junior Property Manager to join this fast-paced, high-performing team! All you need is experience in either leasing or a property officer role & the rest will be taught!

The Role:

- Manage your own small portfolio
- Training & mentoring provided!
- Perfect for a Property Officer or Leasing stepping up!
- No leasing!
- Day- to day management of portfolio
- Liaising with tenants & landlords
- Monday – Friday only no weekend work!
- Great KPI structure – around $10k per year in comms!

The Candidate:

- Ideally a Property Officer or Leasing Consultant stepping up!
- Must be organised & have high attention to detail
- Current Certificate of Registration & Drivers Licence
- Highly ambitious and driven!
- Passion for the Real Estate Industry!
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- The ability to build & maintain recent relationships
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
