What will you be doing?
You’ll manage the complete travel journey for your clients - from the initial enquiry through to the booking and beyond.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Designing personalised travel itineraries based on your clients’ interests, needs and budgets
- Managing all aspects of the booking process from start to finish
- Building strong,
lasting relationships with clients through personalised service and expert advice
- Work with leading travel suppliers and make use of strong preferred suppliers, Virtuoso and Luxury Travel Collection relationships to deliver added value for clients
- Developing repeat and referral business through outstanding service
- Keep your destination, product and industry knowledge current so you can provide confident, informed advice
- Working autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative boutique team
About you
We’re looking for someone who already understands the travel industry and knows how to sell through consultation, relationship building and great service.
You’ll ideally have:
- 2–3+ years’ experience as a Travel Consultant/Designer, preferably within leisure or luxury travel
- A demonstratable history of successful travel sales and enquiry conversion
- Experience using a GDS (Sabre & Tramada preferred)
- Excellent communication, listening and organisational skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities
- A genuine passion for creating memorable travel experiences
- You’ll be well travelled with strong destination and product knowledge
