The JBS Townsville Plant is seeking an Engagement & Support Coordinator to join the HR team full time. You will provide support to the Pacific Labour Scheme workforce across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing pastoral care for PALM participants.

You will coordinate paperwork to ensure legal compliance from offer through to hire, working closely with operations to maintain smooth transitions for internationally sourced staff.
