An established and growing commercial carpentry, fit-out & construction business is looking for a Junior Contracts Administrator to join its team in the Sutherland Shire .

This is a genuine career-development opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career construction skilled who wants to learn the commercial side of construction and progress into a Contracts Administrator .

The Role

Working alongside experienced Project Managers and Contracts Administrators, you'll gain hands‑on exposure to:

- Contracts administration & project coordination
- Procurement & subcontractor management
- Variations, claims & progress payments
- Cost tracking & commercial reporting
- Tendering & estimating
- Project documentation & compliance
- Live commercial construction projects

You’ll be trained and supported from day one, with increasing responsibility as your skills and experience develop .

About You





We’re looking for someone who is:

- A recent graduate in Construction Management, Building, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- A construction cadet or junior professional looking for their next step
- Commercially minded, organised and detail-focused
- Proactive with a strong work ethic
- Confident communicating with different stakeholders
- Genuinely ambitious about building a career in construction

Previous Contracts Administration experience isn’t essential. We are looking for potential, attitude and a willingness to learn.
