Sacred Heart Mission is seeking a Peer Settlement Support Worker to join the Journey to Social Inclusion (J2SI) program in Victoria. You will use lived experience to help participants move from homelessness to secure housing, providing peer support and facilitating connections with community resources.

The role is a maximum term full-time position commencing ASAP, ending 31 March 2028, with training and supervision to support practice development.
