RecruitShop partners with a progressive not-for-profit aged care provider in Brisbane to recruit two Care Partners. This 9–5, in office role requires driving to client homes and building trusting relationships to deliver person-centred care management in clients' homes.

You will conduct holistic assessments, manage client intake, develop care plans and coordinate staff, with a focus on quality outcomes. Immediate start and Monday to Friday arrangements support stability and growth.
