Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT invites you to join our team as a Spiritual Care Coordinator. You’ll provide tailored emotional and spiritual support to residents and clients, across multiple SCC locations, with flexible hours from part-time to full time.

Key responsibilities include grief support, memorial planning, care planning documentation, and mentoring volunteers to enhance wellbeing. A compassionate, person-centred approach is essential, with CPE and aged care pastoral experience preferred.
