What You'll Be Doing

- Create a warm, welcoming and person-centred experience for residents, families and visitors.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver engaging club services programs and activities that promote wellbeing, connection and inclusion.
- Promote and grow the uptake of new and existing service offerings that enhance residents' quality of life, wellbeing and overall experience.
- Support residents and families to understand and access available services and programmes.
- Identify opportunities to improve service offerings, participation and the overall resident experience.
- Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of programmes and services, including scheduling, logistics and resources.
- Work collaboratively with care and clinical teams to ensure lifestyle programmes complement residents' individual needs and care plans.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to support high-quality service delivery.

About You

You are a people-focused person who genuinely thrives on customers experience.

Your will have a strong background working with elderly residents, understanding their needs and be able to deliver on services. Most importantly,



you bring a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of older people.

You Will Bring

- Experience in aged care, hospitality, customer experience, sales or a related role.
- An understanding of person-centred care and the needs of older people, including people living with dementia.
- A customer-focused and commercially minded approach, with the confidence to promote and grow service offerings in a way that is aligned with residents' needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of people and stakeholders.
- Solid organisational and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
