About The Role (Full time, Fixed-Term 12 Months Contract) As the Regular Giving Coordinator, you will lead the growth, retention, and strategic development of the ASRC's regular giving program. Reporting to the Individual Giving Lead, you will design and execute multi-channel campaigns-spanning digital, direct mail and telemarketing to inspire sustainable financial support for people seeking asylum.
By combining data-driven insights with compelling storytelling, you will optimize donor journeys, minimize attrition and maximize donor lifetime value. This pivotal role blends strategic program coordination, agency oversight and hands-on campaign execution to ensure the ASRC maintains a resilient, predictable revenue stream to fund critical human rights advocacy and frontline services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Management: Coordinate end-to-end regular giving acquisition, conversion, upgrades and retention campaigns across digital, direct mail and telemarketing channels.
- Donor Journeys & Experience:



Map and refine meaningful donor communications to maximize retention, reduce churn and foster a deep connection to ASRC’s mission.
- Data & Analytics: Monitor key program KPIs, including lifetime value (LTV), retention rates and attrition using CRM insights to refine strategy and drive continuous growth.
- Agency & Vendor Relations: Supervise external partners, telemarketing agencies and creative suppliers to ensure campaign delivery matches brand standards and budget targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Communications and Community Engagement teams to craft compelling storytelling and seamless donor experiences.

What You Bring to the Role:

- Experience: Demonstrated track record in regular giving, individual giving, or direct response marketing within the non-profit sector.
- Data Fluency: Confidence working with fundraising CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, or similar) to segment audiences, run reports, and track metrics.
- Campaign Execution: Hands-on experience executing multi-channel donor acquisition and retention journeys.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional copywriting, narrative crafting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Mission Alignment: A deep commitment to human rights, social justice, and advocating for refugees and people seeking asylum.
