Our client is seeking an experienced Remuneration & Perks Specialist to provide immediate support during a key remuneration cycle. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can hit the ground running, supporting remuneration activities across a complex organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the upcoming remuneration and salary review cycle
- Provide remuneration support across all HEW classification levels
- Work across relevant awards, salary structures and remuneration frameworks
- Support remuneration analysis, benchmarking and salary-related activities
- Provide accurate remuneration advice and support to stakeholders
- Partner with People & Culture and broader business stakeholders

Key Requirements

- Experience as a Remuneration & Benefits Specialist,



Remuneration Analyst or Reward Specialist
- Demonstrated experience supporting remuneration and salary review cycles
- Strong understanding of awards, salary structures and remuneration frameworks
- Strong analytical and Excel capability
- Ability to work independently
- Higher education experience highly regarded
- Exposure to HEW classifications and salary structures highly regarded
- Immediate start with an initial 4-6 week assignment
- Potential for a longer fixed-term contract
- Join a large, complex organisation during a key remuneration cycle
