Are you a passionate and creative Head Chef or Sous Chef looking for your next challenge? Bar Beach Bowling Club is looking for the right leader to take our kitchen to the next level.
About the Role:
AsHead Chef, you will have the opportunity to shape and execute a fresh, innovative menu that focuses on premium ingredients and pub classics. You’ll be responsible for leading a dynamic kitchen team, ensuring top-tier food quality, and maintaining efficient kitchen operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality venue
- Solid leadership and team management skills including staff training
- Ability to manage stock, costing, and kitchen operations efficiently
- Commitment to maintaining high standards in both food quality and presentation
- Experience with high volume function catering
- Experience with rostering and wage costs
- Experience writing menus
- Strong focus on WHS practices within the kitchen
- Must be available to work peak season
- Bistro currently trades Wednesday-Sunday, no late nights!
