The Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) is amember-based organisation that strives to set, maintain and promotehigh-quality professional standards for Rural and Remote Medicine. As ACRRM continues to grow and expand its teams across Australia, we are seeking a Training Program Advisor to join our NSW-based team.

Are you someone who is full of energy and self-motivated? ACRRM has anexciting opportunity for you to become a part of our team! We are looking for adynamic individual who will be responsible for the case management of registrars and theirtraining posts through all aspects of their training and through the provisionof advice and guidance through accreditation and in-practice delivery oftraining and supervision, ensuring that you are the point of contact forFellowship progression.

Your duties will include:

- Provision of training support services to registrars, supervisors, and training posts across an allocated region.
- Ensure training documentation and data is updated and accurate to monitor and coordinate the training progress registrars.
- Work with the team to coordinate and manage registrar placement activity.
- Promote and support registrar wellbeing.
- Support events, education, and networking activities.
- Regional and Remote travel and out of hours work maybe required.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to:
