The Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria is seeking a Program Officer to support people seeking redress under state schemes. You will help applicants access counselling and other support services while maintaining explicit, accurate records.

You will: provide sensitive support to scheme participants within set timeframes, manage emails and written enquiries, guide applicants through redress outcomes under scheme policies and guidelines, and keep accurate records of redress
