Support innovation, governance and service excellence across NSW’s largest mental health service
Manage priorities, coordinate executive governance and build strong stakeholder partnerships supporting high-level mental health services.

Remuneration: $91,326 – $121,497 per annum
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may beconsidered for part time hours)

What you’ll be doing
As Executive Assistant to the General Manager, Mental Health Services, you’ll provide high-level executive, administrative and governance support, helping coordinate priorities and keep critical business activities moving.
Proactively manage complex diaries, competing priorities, appointments and time-critical commitments
Coordinate executive workflows,
reporting, correspondence, governance documentation, action registers and deadlines
Prepare and coordinate high-quality correspondence, reports, presentations, briefing papers, agendas and meeting minutes
Manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion, sound judgement and initiative, escalating risks and emerging issues when required
Coordinate executive meetings, stakeholder communication, travel and logistics while supporting projects and organisational priorities
