Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES) is seeking a Regional Volunteer Development Trainer to deliver competency-based training, coaching, and mentoring for volunteers across regional units. The role reports to the Operations Manager Learning & Development and involves extensive regional travel with overnight stays.

Responsibilities include maintaining training programs, building unit training capability, and supporting onboarding for current volunteers.
