KinBridge Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse – Care Coordinator in South-East Queensland. You will coordinate client care, conduct nursing assessments and care planning, manage onboarding and rostering, and provide clinical guidance to support workers.

Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager, you will liaise with GPs and allied health professionals, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.
