Job Description
Lowes Petroleum is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a busy service station with pre-packaged food and coffee, focusing on retail performance, merchandising, and customer experience. You will run a tight operation across a 6-day trading week, driving sales and maintaining standards.

You will coach a team to deliver friendly service, manage costs and stock, and ensure protected operations in forecourt and shop areas while delivering consistent results for the regional network.
